This role is ideal for a school leaver or someone keen to learn, with no prior landscaping experience.
2. Experienced Landscaper
This role is for someone who has 3 - 4 years of experience in all aspects of landscaping.
The work is varied and interesting, including:

Decks, pergolas, louvres and outdoor structures

Fencing, gates and screens

Drainage, lighting, lawns, gardens and planting
3. Landscape Foreman
This role is for someone who enjoys being hands-on, can run a small crew on site, and confidently manages projects from start to finish.
The role includes:

Leading and coordinating a small on-site team

Managing day-to-day site operations

Liaising with clients and subcontractors
-
Delivering projects to a high standard, on time

You’ll see projects through from construction to handover — and in some cases, continue working with clients through ongoing landscape maintenance as their gardens mature.
